Alabama WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker Program - Trades Training

Eligibility
Alabama residents who are adults or dislocated workers meeting WIOA eligibility criteria. Construction and trades employers can partner with training providers to deliver occupational training for new hires.
Requirements
- Workers must meet WIOA eligibility requirements
- Training must be in an in-demand occupation such as welding, construction trades, electrical, or HVAC
- Employers may partner with postsecondary schools to conduct dedicated classes for WIOA participants
