HomeBase is a City of Cincinnati grant program supporting neighborhood business district organizations with operating funding and capacity to strengthen commercial districts, support businesses, and coordinate neighborhood revitalization.
Eligibility
Neighborhood business district organizations and eligible community development organizations serving Cincinnati commercial districts.
Requirements
- Be an eligible neighborhood business district or community development organization
- Submit operating plan, budget, district service strategy, and organizational documentation
- Meet city contract, reporting, and eligible use requirements
