About this program
The Downtown Ontario Business Assistance Loan Program provides forgivable loans of up to $150,000 to independently owned or regional food and beverage businesses opening new locations in Ontario’s Historic Downtown along Euclid Avenue.
Eligibility
Eligible independently owned or regional food and beverage businesses opening new downtown Ontario locations and meeting city loan program, licensing, and health department requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through the City of Ontario Economic Development Agency
- Provide business plan, lease or site control, project budget, owner information, licenses, and financial documents
- Maintain Ontario business license and required permits during the loan term and comply with forgiveness requirements
