JPMorgan Chase Special Purpose Credit Program
Chase-funded small business term loans designed for minority-owned businesses in eligible majority-Black, Hispanic, and Native American neighborhoods.
About this program
JPMorgan Chase's Special Purpose Credit Program (SPCP) is a federally permitted special purpose credit program (under Regulation B) that offers small business term loans with relaxed credit criteria to businesses located in eligible majority-Black, Hispanic, and Native American census tracts. The program is designed to expand access to credit for minority-owned businesses that may not qualify for conventional financing. Loans typically range from $25,000 to $500,000.
Eligibility
Small businesses physically located in eligible majority-Black, Hispanic, or Native American census tracts in Chase's service area, demonstrating capacity to repay. Ownership identity is not the eligibility test — neighborhood location is.
