GNEMSDC certifies Native American-owned and other minority-owned businesses in New England for NMSDC corporate supplier diversity opportunities.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants are for-profit businesses in the service area, including Rhode Island, that are at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by qualifying minority owners, including Native American owners, and meet NMSDC certification criteria.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by qualifying Native American or other minority owners.
- Operate as a for-profit business in the GNEMSDC service area.
- Submit the NMSDC certification application and required business, ownership, control, financial, and minority-status documentation.
