About this program
Oklahoma's Quality Jobs and Investment Tax Credits support manufacturing companies that make large capital investments and create new jobs paying above-average wages, allowing credits based on investment or new jobs.
Eligibility
Eligible manufacturers and qualifying businesses making at least $40 million in capital investment and creating qualifying high-wage jobs in Oklahoma.
Requirements
- Apply or certify eligibility through Oklahoma Commerce and tax authorities
- Meet capital investment, job creation, and wage requirements
- Document qualified depreciable property, new jobs, wages, and tax credit claims
