New York State MWBE certification helps minority- and women-owned firms access state contract opportunities and meet agency participation goals, including construction, demolition, repair, renovation, materials, and professional services contracts.
Eligibility
Eligible minority- and women-owned businesses that meet New York State ownership, control, independence, size, and industry requirements.
Requirements
- Applicants must submit ownership and control documents, business formation and tax records, resumes, contracts, financial statements, licenses where applicable, and other certification materials.
