About this program
Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority/Main Street renewed the Facade Improvement Program to help preserve historic value and improve the appearance of downtown Cheyenne. The program reimburses eligible building owners and businesses for approved exterior improvements in the DDA district.

Eligible building owners and businesses in Cheyenne’s DDA/Main Street district with approved facade projects.
Requirements
- Property in the eligible DDA district
- Approved exterior facade improvement
- Application and review before work begins
