Georgia SSBCI Loan Participation Program (GA LPP)
The Georgia Loan Participation Program (GA LPP) provides the State purchases up to 25% of approved loans ranging from $100,000 to $5 million (up to $250,000 maximum state participation) to help construction contractors and trades businesses access financing they otherwise cannot obtain.

Eligibility
Georgia small businesses with 500 or fewer employees. Eligible purposes include working capital, equipment, construction, and renovation of an eligible place of business. Must apply through a participating lender. Priority given to SEDI businesses and very small businesses with fewer than 10 employees.
