Eligibility
Oregon businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by qualifying Native American individuals may apply through the appropriate NMSDC regional council.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by qualifying Native American owners
- Operate as a for-profit enterprise in the United States
- Submit business, ownership, tax, and management documents
