The Akron Urban League MCCAP Program targets disadvantaged startup and small businesses in the contracting industry, helping qualified firms access capital and meet documentation requirements connected to CDBG-funded support.
Eligibility
Disadvantaged startup and small businesses in the contracting industry, including minority-owned firms, registered to do business and meeting MCCAP requirements.
Requirements
- Be an eligible business entity registered to do business
- Demonstrate contracting-industry focus and disadvantaged business need
- Submit documentation requested by MCCAP and comply with CDBG-related requirements where applicable
