Eligibility
Eligible Charleston business owners, commercial property owners, and tenants with owner authorization may apply for qualifying exterior improvements in Charleston Urban Works service areas.
Requirements
- Property must be located in an eligible Charleston Urban Works service area.
- Applicant must be a business owner, commercial property owner, or tenant with written owner authorization.
- Project must involve eligible exterior facade or storefront activation improvements visible from the public right-of-way.
