About this program
Advantage Maryland, also known as MEDAAF, provides flexible financing to support significant Maryland economic development initiatives, including business attraction and retention, infrastructure support, brownfield redevelopment, revolving loan funds, arts and entertainment districts, and local strategic planning.
Eligibility
Eligible Maryland businesses, local jurisdictions, MEDCO, and economic development projects within Priority Funding Areas and eligible industry sectors.
Requirements
- Project must be in a Priority Funding Area
- Secure county resolution or local support when required
- Demonstrate significant economic development impact
