About this program
Great Falls Development Alliance provides gap and bridge financing tools to help businesses and developers complete projects that create jobs, investment, and economic impact. Funds can support working capital, equipment, real estate, redevelopment, and other eligible project costs when conventional financing is insufficient.
Eligibility
Businesses, entrepreneurs, developers, and projects in Great Falls or the regional trade area with viable financing needs and economic development benefit.
Requirements
- Submit project plan, sources and uses, financial projections, and owner or borrower information
- Demonstrate financing gap, repayment ability, and eligible business purpose
- Complete underwriting, collateral, closing, and reporting requirements
