City support for downtown and neighborhood business improvements, facade work, and commercial revitalization.
About this program
Manchester economic development resources include business improvement assistance for commercial properties and businesses that strengthen neighborhood and downtown corridors. Support can help with facade, signage, storefront, accessibility, safety, and other visible improvements that improve business districts.
Eligibility
Eligible Manchester business owners, tenants with owner permission, and commercial property owners completing approved improvement projects.
Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible Manchester commercial or redevelopment area
- Submit project scope, cost estimates, design information, ownership or tenant authorization, and business documentation
- Receive approval before beginning reimbursable work and provide final invoices
