Owners or sponsors of eligible historic Phoenix properties or preservation projects that meet City demonstration project requirements and historic preservation standards.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the Historic Preservation Office
- Submit project plans, budget, and preservation documentation
- Obtain required approvals before work begins
