Eligibility
Rural South Carolina small businesses, including manufacturers, may apply for grants or loan guarantees for eligible renewable energy systems or energy-efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Operate as an eligible rural small business or agricultural producer.
- Locate the project in an eligible rural area.
- Use funds for an eligible renewable energy or energy efficiency project.
