Eligibility
Maryland food banks, charitable emergency food providers, and mission-driven nonprofits focused on food insecurity that are registered with Maryland SDAT and the Secretary of State as a charity.
Requirements
- Must be a Maryland food bank or eligible nonprofit
- Must be registered with Maryland SDAT and Secretary of State as a charity
- Must have a signed W-9 within the past 2 years
