Eligibility
Businesses, developers, and property owners with qualifying investment, expansion, redevelopment, or job creation projects in Sedalia.
Requirements
- Contact Sedalia Community Development or Economic Development Sedalia-Pettis County early in project planning
- Provide project investment, jobs, location, infrastructure, financing, and public benefit information
- Receive applicable city approvals and execute required agreements
