South Dakota Reinvestment Payment Program
Performance-based reinvestment payment offsetting upfront costs for construction of new or expanded facilities exceeding $20 million, or equipment upgrades exceeding $2 million in South Dakota.

Eligibility
Businesses constructing new or expanded facilities with project costs exceeding $20,000,000, or equipment upgrade projects exceeding $2,000,000. Must apply to the Board of Economic Development no later than 90 days after starting construction. Payment may not exceed state sales and use tax paid on project costs.
