SCSEP – Jewish Council for the Aging (JCA) / Montgomery & Frederick Counties
JCA administers SCSEP for Montgomery and Frederick counties under a DOL grant in cooperation with CWI Works; participants work 20 hours/week at nonprofits and government agencies; enrollment priority for veterans, disabled individuals, those 65+, low literacy/limited English, rural residents, and homeless; JCA is a distinct sub-grantee from MD Labor's statewide program; confirmed active June 10, 2025.
