The East Providence Storefront Improvement Program offers grants to owners and tenants of commercial properties to improve or restore storefront character, increase visibility, and improve business foot traffic.
Eligibility
Eligible East Providence commercial property owners and business tenants with qualifying storefront improvement projects.
Requirements
- Apply through East Providence Economic Development when funding is available
- Submit project scope, photos, estimates, property or lease documentation, and owner authorization if applicable
- Receive approval before work begins and comply with reimbursement, design, and eligible cost requirements
