About this program
The Invest DSM Block Challenge Grant Program helps groups of neighbors in designated Special Investment Districts make exterior improvements, build neighborhood identity, and create momentum for broader reinvestment. Teams of neighbors apply together and complete eligible property improvements.
Eligibility
Groups of at least five neighbors with properties in an active Invest DSM Special Investment District.
Requirements
- Apply as a neighborhood team
- Properties must be in an active Special Investment District
- Complete eligible exterior improvements and required documentation
