Urban renewal business assistance for eligible businesses and property owners in Bend’s Core Area.
About this program
Bend’s Core Area urban renewal work includes business and property assistance intended to support investment, activation, and redevelopment in the Core Area Tax Increment Financing district. Eligible commercial projects may receive support for improvements consistent with the Core Area plan.
Eligibility
Businesses, property owners, or developers with eligible projects located in Bend’s Core Area and aligned with urban renewal goals.
Requirements
- Verify location in the Core Area TIF district
- Coordinate with Bend economic development or urban renewal staff before applying
- Provide project scope, budget, timeline, ownership or tenant authorization, and required permits
