About this program
The Tucson Industrial Development Authority provides financing tools including tax-exempt bonds, loans, and public-private partnerships for projects that support affordable housing, nonprofit facilities, small-business growth, and community infrastructure in Tucson.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations, affordable housing developers, community facility sponsors, and project partners with qualifying public-benefit projects in Tucson.
