Nonprofits, for-profit businesses, public entities, or Tribes that are community hospitals or community-based behavioral health providers in Washington state.
Requirements
- Washington state-based behavioral health provider
- Must be a community hospital or community-based behavioral health provider
- Project must expand or preserve behavioral health facility capacity
