The Muncie Community Revitalization Grant Program, administered through the Muncie Redevelopment Commission, promotes economic development by encouraging exterior restoration, rehabilitation, improvement, repair, and partial or complete demolition of residential and commercial properties located within the City of Muncie. Eligibility
