Small Employer Quality Jobs Program
Provides cash payments to eligible Oklahoma small employers that create new jobs meeting wage and benefit thresholds.
About this program
The Small Employer Quality Jobs Program extends Oklahoma's quality jobs incentive to smaller companies. Eligible businesses with 90 or fewer employees may receive quarterly cash payments of up to 5% of new taxable payroll for up to seven years after creating qualifying new jobs and meeting wage, health insurance, and payroll growth standards.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Oklahoma businesses with 90 or fewer employees that operate in qualifying industries and create qualifying new payroll and jobs.
Requirements
- Business must have 90 or fewer employees at the time of application.
- Business must operate in an eligible industry.
- Business must create new jobs and meet applicable new payroll thresholds.
