Eligibility
Social Equity Licensees may participate independently or partner with an Accelerator-Endorsed Licensee that can provide premises, technical support, and capital support.
Requirements
- Obtain a MED social equity finding of suitability
- Submit the Social Equity Program application for an eligible regulated marijuana business license
- If using the Accelerator Program, partner with an Accelerator-Endorsed Licensee and comply with MED accelerator rules
