About this program
The Job Training Incentive Program provides grants to new or expanding businesses in Greater Minnesota to train workers for new jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses outside the seven-county metro area or in designated eligible cities that add at least three new jobs meeting wage and hours requirements.
Requirements
- Contact DEED and submit a formal application proposal
- Create eligible new jobs paying at least program wage thresholds
- Provide matching funds and document direct training costs and outcomes
