Government agencies and 501(c)(3) nonprofits in good standing with experience serving low-income Stamford residents and capacity to administer federal reimbursement funds.
Requirements
- Submit application through ZoomGrants by the active deadline or during the rolling period
- Request at least $10,000 and provide program model, budget, staffing, fiscal controls, and service experience
- Incur eligible costs upfront and submit reimbursement, reporting, insurance, and compliance documentation
