The City of Eau Claire Revolving Loan Fund provides project financing to support business development, expansion, retention, and job creation in the city. The fund is intended to fill financing gaps after private lender and owner equity are committed, supporting fixed assets, equipment, working capital, real estate, and other eligible business costs.

Businesses with eligible projects located in Eau Claire that create or retain jobs, support investment, and need gap financing may apply.
