NYSDOT administers DBE certification through the New York State Unified Certification Program for small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals seeking transportation contracting opportunities.

Small businesses independently owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged owners that meet federal DBE rules and personal net worth limits.
Requirements
