Eligibility
For-profit Pennsylvania businesses that are owned or controlled by one or more socially or economically disadvantaged Pennsylvania residents may apply through DCED for eligible project financing.
Requirements
- Operate as a for-profit business enterprise in Pennsylvania
- Be owned or controlled by socially or economically disadvantaged Pennsylvania residents
- Submit a complete PMBDA application with project, financial, ownership, and use-of-funds information
