Eligibility
Eligible businesses are Rhode Island firms owned or operated by people with disabilities that meet the state certification rules and submit required documentation through the Minority Business Enterprise Compliance Office.
Requirements

- Provide required business formation, ownership, control, management, and disability-related eligibility documentation.
