MnDOT's DBE program provides procurement goals and opportunities for transportation businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals on federally-funded transportation contracts. Annual goal of 15.3% for FHWA-funded contracts.

Eligibility
Transportation businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals certified through MnDOT's Unified Certification Program. Annual DBE goals apply to federally-funded MnDOT contracts.
Requirements
- Must be certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise through MnDOT's Unified Certification Program
- Must be a small business meeting federal DBE size standards
- Must be at least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals
