Nixa Chapter 100 Industrial Development Bonds

About this program
The City of Nixa recognizes Chapter 100 industrial development bonds as an incentive for qualifying projects under Missouri law. Chapter 100 bonds may be used to finance land, buildings, fixtures, and machinery for warehouses, distribution facilities, research and development facilities, office industries, interstate service industries, and industrial plants, with potential real and personal property tax exemption and sales tax exemption on eligible purchases during the bond term.
Eligibility
Eligible industrial, distribution, research and development, office, warehouse, or interstate service businesses with qualifying development projects in Nixa may seek Chapter 100 consideration; retail and intrastate service projects are not eligible.
Requirements
- Project must be located in Nixa and qualify under Missouri Chapter 100 industrial development rules.
- Eligible uses include land, buildings, fixtures, and machinery for qualifying industrial or business facilities.
- Retail and service industries operating only in intrastate commerce are not eligible.
