Eligibility
Eligible nonprofits, public agencies, municipalities, and community partners serving income-qualified Contra Costa County residents under HUD requirements.
Requirements

- Meet HUD national objective and eligible activity rules
- Submit project scope, budget, beneficiary data, environmental review information, and reporting
