Eligibility
South Carolina restaurant and food service businesses that are at least 51% owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged minority or woman who is a U.S. citizen.
Requirements
- Business must be at least 51% owned and controlled by qualifying individual
- Must be a South Carolina-based business
- Owner must manage the business on a day-to-day basis
