Eligibility
Technology and advanced-industry companies with a credible out-of-state competing location and significant planned capital investment and job creation in Texas. Must create 75+ jobs in urban areas or 25+ in rural areas paying above county average wages.
Requirements
- Texas site must be in active competition with an out-of-state location
- Must create at least 75 full-time jobs in urban areas or 25 in rural areas
- Average wages must exceed the county average where the project is located
