Eligibility
Eligible DOR consumers with disabilities whose vocational goal can be achieved through self-employment and whose proposed business meets DOR self-employment criteria.
Requirements
- Work with DOR to identify the vocational goal and services needed.
- Operate as a sole proprietorship with control and responsibility for the business.
- Comply with state, federal, and local laws and intend the business to become a majority source of income.
