About this program
Manchester can use tax increment financing districts to support eligible public improvements and infrastructure that make redevelopment and economic development projects feasible. TIF resources may assist with streets, utilities, sidewalks, parking, site work, and other public improvements linked to private investment.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, businesses, and public partners with eligible projects in Manchester TIF or redevelopment districts.
Requirements
- Project must be located in or tied to an eligible TIF district and public improvement plan
- Submit project description, financing plan, eligible costs, and public benefit information
- Receive city approvals and execute agreements before reimbursement or financing delivery
