Oregon youth-led teams may apply during open cycles if their project meets Riley's Way age, leadership, and social-impact requirements.
Requirements
- Be a youth-led team meeting the program's age and leadership requirements
- Propose a social-impact project rooted in kindness and community benefit
- Submit the application during the open Call to Kindness cycle
