Eligibility
Landowners in New Jersey's permanent or eight-year farmland preservation programs. Eligible projects include terrace systems, diversions, water impoundments, irrigation systems, erosion control, drainage systems, animal waste control, and land shaping.
Requirements
- Must be a landowner in NJ's permanent or eight-year farmland preservation program
- Project must be an approved soil and water conservation project
- Must apply through SADC
