Eligibility
Commercial, industrial, and institutional building owners in designated Overburdened Communities and Adjacent Community census blocks in New Jersey. Projects must update the building heating or cooling system and may include additional energy efficiency upgrades or on-site renewable energy systems.
Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible Overburdened Community or Adjacent Community census block
- Project must include replacement or upgrade of heating or cooling systems
- Eligible project types include commercial, industrial, institutional, school, nonprofit, and local government buildings
