About this program
Lincoln uses HOME Investment Partnerships Program resources to support affordable housing activities for low-income households. HOME funds may be used for rental housing development, homeownership assistance, rehabilitation, and other eligible housing strategies administered by Urban Development and housing partners.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, public partners, and eligible projects serving low-income households in Lincoln.
Requirements
- Meet HOME income, affordability, eligible cost, and property standards
- Provide development budget, site control, financing plan, and affordability commitments
- Complete underwriting, environmental review, and federal compliance requirements
