About this program
Energize NY Open C-PACE enables long-term financing for eligible commercial clean energy, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resiliency improvements through participating New York municipalities.
Eligibility
Eligible commercial property owners and projects located in participating New York municipalities.
Requirements
- Projects must meet C-PACE eligibility, property, savings, and municipal participation requirements and close financing through the program.
