About this program
The Tax Back Program provides eligible Arkansas businesses with refunds of sales and use taxes paid on building materials, machinery, and equipment associated with approved expansion, modernization, or location projects.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses investing in approved projects in Arkansas, including North Little Rock projects, that meet AEDC and local endorsement requirements.
Requirements
- Apply before incurring eligible purchases
- Secure local endorsement and AEDC financial incentive agreement
- Document eligible materials, machinery, equipment, and project costs for refund claim
