Montana Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) Grant
Montana DLI's Incumbent Worker Training Grant reimburses private sector employers for skills-based training of existing workers. Construction and trades employers can receive up to $2,500 per full-time employee and $1,000 per part-time employee. $540,000 available per fiscal year on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility
Montana private sector for-profit and nonprofit employers operating predominantly year-round. Training must increase worker skill level, result in promotion or wage gain, or expand business market. Applications must be submitted at least 14 days before training start.
