About this program
The loan side of the Downtown SF Vibrancy Fund provides capital for businesses that experience barriers to traditional financing and are ready to activate vacant downtown storefronts.
Eligibility
Qualifying small businesses opening or expanding in eligible downtown San Francisco locations.
Requirements
- Meet Main Street Launch underwriting criteria
- Use funds for eligible launch, working capital, or buildout costs
